Add Issue Open/Close Events

Cool utility! Would it be difficult to expand it to include events for Issues opened/closed? It would be similarly interesting to see how that looks, especially comparing the two lines on the same graph.

glad you like it! I agree it would be cool to see both issues and PRs on the same graph. No plans for development from me for a while (PRs welcome!), but if you want to try out a local hack to show issues instead of PRs, it should be just about sufficient to change pulls in this line to issues.

@dhood Thanks for the link. I'll give it a try locally and then later see if I can send a PR to choose one or the other in the same utility and enable showing both lines on the same graph.
