Is this important enough to schedule into someone else's time? (Daniel? Eli's capacity?) Or should it punt til next sprint? Still outstanding: VBA bug bash / follow up, so not the only work remaining.
• Update audits/views for Service Locations changes #16300 - is it actually blocked? Is VAMC editor communication follow-up to Service Location launch #18145 really necessary? Yes. We need 4 editors to modify phone numbers
