Prepare for handoff

Because this code has evolved a lot over the course of the project, there are a number of places where things are done in an old-fashioned way that violated the documentation I'm currently developing to guide the handoff. Problematic passages in current code that need to be resolved include:

• Charts that pull directly from wrhwr and not from one of the dashboard-specific Archibus views
• Charts where the SQL query in the .axvw file is longer than 75 lines
