Hello, for me my parameter responsible for filling the ashtray is ("221": 68). Currently the "Ash pan full" setting is unavailable. I attach my diagnostic data : What is the solution for my data? |
@Gtis69 This confirms my earlier suspicion, that same models CAN in fact have different ids. If possible, please wait until v0.4.2 release that will include this feature: #58 With this you will be able to add the sensor by yourself. Sadly, currently there's no ETA on the release, since I've been busy with other stuff this winter. Hopefully I'll be able to work more on this project next weekend. |
Does version 0.4.2 allow the creation of new entities? I wanted to add ash pan filling for ecoMAX 860P6-O (identified regdata 223) but I don't know how to do it. Regards, Jarek |
Not yet, this feature can be tracked here and is currently scheduled for the next major v0.5.x. v0.4.2 is almost purely bugfix release. I can add it for you manually for now, as it doesn't seem to collide with any other model, so you can use it on main branch right away, but you'll need to recreate it yourself once v0.5.x comes out. |
If you can, you add manually to main. Regards, Jarek |

Done. For other users, please note, that this will be last time the regdata sensor is added via this mechanism. Please consider this part of codebase frozen until release of v0.5.x, which will bring about a new mechanism, that'll allow users to add their own sensors. |
Is there an existing issue for this?
