Make helm charts to simplify deployment of Deep instance to Kubernetes cluster in cloud (Terraform may be required)

Terraform is cloud based infrastructure as a code tool, that allows to configure a way to deploy cluster configuration to the cloud.

To deploy a Deep instance itself to kubernetes cluster after it is setup by Terraform we should create helm charts for Deep instance components.

We can start by completing creation of helm charts for https://github.com/deep-foundation/sdk repository, a draft can be found at https://github.com/Konard/selectel/tree/main/managed-kubernetes
