Make BLE comms party aware, should work more similarly to RTCSocketComms

  • Rename BLEPeerClient -> BLEPeerComms
  • Refactor BLEPeerClient to match security approach used in RTCSocketComms
    • Constructor BLEPeerComms({remoteIdentity, host, party, bleDevice}) extends SocketComms
    • Encrypt obj using party before transmit in BLEPeerComms.send(obj)
    • Decrypt buffer.data before emit in BLEPeerComms.onRx(event)
