I'm a member of The Carpentries Core Team and I'm submitting this issue on behalf of another member of the community. In most cases, I won't be able to follow up or provide more details other than what I'm providing below.
In the "Before we start" section, under the title "Interacting with R" we explain that we can run lines of code by using "Ctrl + Enter". My suggestion is to also explain that to run an entire script we can press the Ctrl+Shift+Enter or use the "Source" toolbar button on the right top corner of the source pane.

Thanks @karenword for opening this issue. The lesson underwent a major update and reorganisation when #887 was merged. As this suggestion relates to content in a version of the lesson before that update took place, I will close it.
