When you import the titles from sj.de and there is at least one episode 
title missing then the empty title is not set to the right file.

Example: “How I Met Your Mother Season 3″ (http://www.serienjunkies.de/
HowIMetYourMother/season3.html) is missing the german title for episode 
13. When you try to get the titles for the whole season then the title of 
episode 13 is not left empty but contains the title of episode 14 while 
episode 14 is empty
