When attempting to create a passkey using Google Password Manager on Samsung devices, an IllegalArgumentException is thrown, preventing the successful creation of the passkey.

Observed Behavior:

• Creating a passkey with Google Password Manager on Samsung devices results in an IllegalArgumentException.
  • Exception: [8] UNKNOWN EXCEPTION - java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: awdf: Attachment not supported
• Passkey creation works seamlessly when using Samsung Pass on the same devices.

• The issue appears to be isolated to the Google Password Manager, as Samsung Pass functions correctly.
