Updated posts on source site over-write remote posts, even if newer #11

If a syndicted post is updated on the source site, all of the remote blogs are updated to this version. This can cause problems if the remote post has been updated independently.

It would be nice to offer an option to check if a remote post is newer than the source posts, and only update it if not.
