After checking for CSpace startup (https://github.com/collectionspace/cspace-installer/blob/master/collectionspace.yml#L58) add task to run reports initialization.

The example is here: https://github.com/collectionspace/collectionspace-client/blob/master/examples/reports.rb

Will require:

ruby (role)
git download client
template a my_reports.rb script?
