ordercells function error for large datasets

Hi thanks for the powerful tool and your work. I met an issue when tried the final step of monocle2, which is the ordercells function.

The error is 'error in graph.adjacency.dense(adjmatrix, mode = mode, weighted = weighted, : long vectors not supported yet: ../../src/include/rinlinedfuns.h:537 calls: ordercells ... project2mst -> graph.adjacency -> graph.adjacency.dense'

I googled for some previous answers and found it may be due to my cell number is > 50k? So I start this request to see if there is any method to help monocle2 process sample with >50k cells.
