Background

Get Service Offering is missing. https://v3-apidocs.cloudfoundry.org/version/3.180.0/index.html#get-a-service-offering

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implement the API endpoint and all necessary functionality
  • Allow query param (field) for the related service broker
  • Write tests
