Project Managers at CLENT Africa will use this template to help organize and manage projects effectively.

Spreadsheet Template for Project Management

Column Definitions:

  • Project Name: The official name of the project.
  • Link to Repo: URL link to the project’s repository.
  • Project Description: A brief description of the project's goals and objectives.
  • Comments: Additional notes or remarks about the project.
  • Project Manager: The primary project manager overseeing the project.
  • Co-Manager: The assistant or secondary project manager.
  • Technical Lead: The lead responsible for technical aspects and decisions.
  • Knowledge Lead: The lead responsible for documentation and knowledge management.
  • Start Date: The date when the project was initiated.
  • Status: The current status of the project (e.g., Active, Completed, On Hold).
  • End Date: The projected or actual completion date of the project.
  • Project Board: Link to the project’s task or project management board.
  • Stakeholders: Key stakeholders involved in or affected by the project.
  • Resources: Resources allocated to the project (e.g., budget, tools, materials).
  • Dependencies: Other projects or tasks that this project depends on.
