Internal server error from operands in search url #159

The URL below causes an internal server error because search cannot process the "+" in the URL. Improve data cleaning so this isn't an issue.

https://chipymentor.org/search/?q=data+&type=mentor

One way to end up with an uncleaned operand in your URL is by paging forward from a search with a cleaned operand.
