Hi - I'm working with a federated learning project here in Australia (AusCAT) which is looking to implement different open source segmentation models for various tasks. The current work is focusing on cardiac segmentation (comparing with Platipy and TotalSegmentator) but we have had a request to also look at some head and neck data. Would appreciate access to these models to use in this framework. Happy to discuss further.
