Sorry, discussions weren't enabled, but I wanted to discuss this.

I stumbled upon this repo while searching for a solution to the same thing this repo aims to achieve. I see it hasn't had much attention. Have you found an alternative or something that made you decide not to proceed?

I am a user of Rancher which has CRs that contain configuration like clusters.management.cattle.io, which contains the entire configuration of the managed cluster. When managing many clusters, access to this info is imperative to ensure the correct settings configured. Ideally, this would be managed in GitOps, but without the ability to do that at the moment, something like this would suffice.
