Given the deposit wallet is expected to have a much less involved build pipeline, would it not be simpler to just GHA?

Personally I don't want to handle 2 different CI. So for now it seems easier to use buildkite. When we migrate away from BK in the wallet, it's going to be easy to do it with the deposit.

Big problem is going to be nix at some point. We have to keep its footprint as small as possible.
