Bind one View.Property to another?

How to bind TopBar.Property to CurrentPage.Property? Or how to "send" TopBar.Property to CurrentPage.Property thru Action?

You can't bind VM properties to each other. You can let the two VMs communicate through normal C# means, or if you want to use an action you can bind to CommandParameter. Without more details it's hard to suggest something concrete.

I just want to transfer data from one viewmodel to another.

I create VMs in ShellViewModel:

    public class ShellViewModel : Screen
    {
        public SetRetailApiViewModel SetRetailApi { get; private set; } = new SetRetailApiViewModel();
        public XMLEditorViewModel Editor { get; private set; } = new XMLEditorViewModel();
    }

In SetRetailApiViewModel

      public class SetRetailApiViewModel : Screen
      {
          public string Data { get; set; }
          public void GetData()
          {
              Data = "DATA DATA DATA!";
          }
      }

And XMLEditorViewModel

    public class XMLEditorViewModel : Screen
    {
        public string Text { get; set; }

How to transfer data from SetRetailApiViewModel.Data to XMLEditorViewModel.Text?

Give XMLEditorViewModel a reference to SetRetailApiViewModel, or the other way around? Make ShellViewModel copy the data from one to the other? This is a pure C# question: nothing to do with Stylet. Use any of the techniques you would normally use to transfer a bit of data between two objects.

I mean, in Caliburn Micro we got something like this:

$eventArgs
Passes the EventArgs or input parameter to your Action. Note: This will be null for guard methods since the trigger hasn’t actually occurred.
$dataContext
Passes the DataContext of the element that the ActionMessage is attached to. This is very useful in Master/Detail scenarios where the ActionMessage may bubble to a parent VM but needs to carry with it the child instance to be acted upon.
$source
The actual FrameworkElement that triggered the ActionMessage to be sent.
$view
The view (usually a UserControl or Window) that is bound to the ViewModel.
$executionContext
The action's execution context, which contains all the above information and more. This is useful in advanced scenarios.
$this
The actual UI element to which the action is attached. In this case, the element itself won't be passed as a parameter, but rather its default property.

You can bind to CommandParameter, as I said. That gets passed as a method parameter by the action.
