Scope for Spring25 release (in preparation)

Problem description
This issue should describe the scope for the next versions of the APIs within the Number Verification, targeting the Spring25 meta-release.

Expected action
In order to prepare Release Spring 25 Release, I've identified following topics:

• Change error structure as defined Normalization of error status and code allowed values Commonalities#316
• add 429 & 422 errors in the yaml as defined in Enhancements and Alignments in Errors Commonalities#329
• Remove 500, 503 & 504 errors from the yaml as stated here: Enhancements and Alignments in Errors Commonalities#321 (comment) - this topic is still open [here]Should errors 405, 415, 500, 501, 502, 503, 504 be listed in CAMARA_common.yaml Commonalities#355) and I suggest to wait discussion outcome before to proceed.
