Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Problem?

It would be nice if this distro manager automatically add the distro hostname to windows hosts file.

Solution

If a hostname is defined add that hostname to windows hosts file

Alternatives

Use this tool: https://github.com/shayne/go-wsl2-host
