Implement mission titles, like Speedy Blupi

Currently, custom missions only have numbers, which makes them difficult to remember. Speedy Blupi allowed each mission to have its own title, which was useful in cases where there are many custom missions.

Planet Blupi's BLP format has some empty data at offset 0x20. The title could be here, while maintaining backwards compatibility with old game versions.
