Issue when run "npm start"

In order for the app to function a "consts.ts" file needs to be added to src/environments. Here's an example of what this might look like:

  API_KEY: /*API Key Goes Here*/,
  MESSAGING_SENDER_ID: /*Messaging Sender ID goes here*/,
  APP_ID: /*App ID goes here*/,
  MEASUREMENT_ID: /*Measurement ID goes here*/,
  PROD: {
    APP_ID: /*App ID goes here*/,
    MEASUREMENT_ID:  /*Measurement ID goes here*/,
  }
}

These values should be provided when creating a new Firebase project (https://firebase.google.com/) which is required for the app to run.
