Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a developer i want to be able to see if project passes tests related to the project when i create a pull request, so that i can be sure not to break working functionality.

Describe the solution you'd like

  • Create pipeline in pipeline folder.
  • Run C++ tests in pipeline.
  • Run C# tests in pipeline.
  • Run React tests in pipeline
