Thanks for the nice project.
Just a small feedback.

In backup.sh, tar.gz is specified as the file format of mongodump archive.

mongodb-gcs-backup/backup.sh

Line 28 in 6bd5fe9

archive_name="backup-$date.tar.gz"

After trying to unarchive the dump file using tar command, I noticed the file format is not tar.
