2 - LeoFi: main Dapp to swap native token, vToken, support to connect wallet to stake, farm, earning, ...

No need for Dorahacks BUIDL because bifrost program is unrelated

For minting Vmanta, it is working only with telebot (@leofi_bif_bot) now, and the wep app is fixing to connect multi chain, so it has not been deployed the latest version
