Current Behaviour

Bosses that drop red/green Christmas hats. Didn't put the hat on his head

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

They have a new look at the Winter Veil Festival, where they wear hats on their heads. (It's pretty cute)

I've edited it, fixed the hash

Were you in heroic when you tested it? They only wear the hats in heroic (as they only drop the hats in heroic)

Normal mode also drops hats. The boss wears a hat on his head, but it is not 100% dropped. I hit 2 times. I didn't drop it for the first time. The second time it fell.
