Hello,
this issue is about minuscule things; I could do a little PR for many of them but some can only be done by the author.

file extensions (p6 to raku, pm6 to rakumod, maybe also t to rakutest)
rename repository and its description from Perl 6 to Raku
remove Travis, add Github workflow instead
upload the dist with fez, in which case it can be removed from the old ecosystem
