Cannot build with Reachability on the Command Line #404

Adding Reachability to any Xcode 15.2 project, then attempting to build on the command line fails.

Create new xcodeproject
Add Reachability Swift Package to the project
Attempt to build on the command line with 'xcodebuild'

Fails to build.
