Would like to work on TCR for 0.7 Bella

I have some time to work on a TCR for Aragon, seems there has been little activity since 2018, correct?

Any suggestions on integrating the Voting App, while restructuring it as mentioned in the Requirements doc?
Any additional info I schoud be aware of?
What is the best place to discuss this ‘issue’? aragon.chat?

I need to refresh my memory a little bit, but I can tell you in advance that probably the most important things to do are:

• Front end. Almost nothing has been done on this side. There's a lot of work to do.
• Adapt to new Staking app: https://github.com/aragon/staking
• Update DAO kit and move it out of dao-kits: https://github.com/aragon/dao-kits/tree/hackathon
