akamai cli-dns arm64 support

Hi, I am running on an Macbook M1 ARM64 and cannot install cli-dns. Looks like the binary for arm64 is not available.

# uname -a
root:xnu-8020.121.3~4/RELEASE_ARM64_T6000 arm64

# akamai install dns
