Scenario UI: State toggle list

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Its always frustrating to print from the smarphone. Right now in Scenario Sates are only assigned MANUALLY though printing them and lost from list if deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like
It might be more convenient to show full list of States as list of toggles/buttons as shown on pictures below.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Show only States that have been already assigned or
• Option to hide State bar.

Additional context
I think Scenarios is an underused instrument. Making it more convenient and streamlined in use for different platforms might tilt the scales ibn its favor.
