usePreventScroll to accept ref to element to prevent scrollling

usePreventScroll is great, but once I changed my layout to using CSS grid, it isn't going to work anymore. For example, this is my grid template areas

  grid-template-areas:
    'utility-nav utility-nav'
    'side-nav main-content'
    'side-nav footer';

main-content is now the area/element that is scrolling, it is no longer body. It would be great to be able to inform usePreventScroll where to apply itself.
