[i18n] Preview link with non-latin charaters is not displayed in Options > Projects

Description
If organization or site name has spaces / arabic characters, preview link is not diplsyaed on project card.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install extension
2. Go to Options
3. In Organisation name and Site name field type text with spaces / arabic characters
4. Press Add button

Expected behavior
Preview link is displayed if spaces / arabic characters are allowed in organization / site name. If spaces / arabic characters characters are not allowed in org / site name, then error should be displayed when user tries to create project with invalid characters in name
