We are getting below error while checkout the code with V3 ,can you please let me know reason

his workflow is triggered everyday at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM IST.

Not able to checkout the repo, hence added this environment variable, reference link: https://github.com/actions/checkout/issues//290
