Add numeric Input component (refactor from robots)

We could move the numeric input (https://github.com/acl-services/skynet-server/blob/integration/app/javascript/robots/app/pages/Tasks/TaskDesigner/Analytics/components/Widgets/NumericInput/NumericInput.js) over to paprika
