1、复现流程如下，最后再提供代码

2、泄露详情如图

3、我这边初步跟踪发现是queue.take()挂起导致的泄露

4、我目前的解决方案是把onPause方法中的shutdown修改为shutdownNow，不知道有没更好的解决办法
