Bridges spawn underwater & broken #13

Upped the spawn rate as you instructed when using Terralith but the only one I found that didn't spawn underwater was extremely broken. Do some bridges spawn incomplete or broken? Unsure and didn't want to forget about it when letting you know about the bridges spawning underwater. Did I increase the spawn rate too much from 2 to 7? Regardless I think something is causing them to spawn underwater and am mainly reporting this issue. I was only using Starmutes Terralith/Incendium/Nullscape data pack trio with your extras mod, BYG, and another trio of data packs that only overhauls Mineshafts, Ruined Portals, and Underwater Ruins. My specified Terralith seed has me surrounded by rivers noodling together.

Edit: Whoops sorry forgot to mention that I was using the fabric version. :)
