Add Changelog information when users install addon via Install from URL button

WowUp user/author in WowUp discord requested a feature/functionality be added to WowUp

When an addon is updated or installed a changelog is available via the providers and wowup displays this. This includes our WowUpHub, but if someone installs an addon via the "Install from URL" button in Get Addons, nothing appears in the changelog tab.

Describe the solution you'd like
That the changelog would show regardless of how the addon is installed/updated, but specifically add in functionality for it to the Install from URL button if possible

Describe alternatives you've considered
Most addons have a changelog file and maybe WowUp can read that and display it there, another suggestions made by Marq in WowUp discord would be to check the JSON - See Gen Chat in our discord for further information or clarification.
