ads personalization and data collection in settings enables itself when disabled by user!

Describe the bug
when in the settings section of the software I disable and remove consent for ads my settings are saved.
But next days when I open the software they are all enabled again!!!

To Reproduce
Save ads and data collection settings and open the software next day or few days later.

Expected behavior
If the section is really about "Consent" as you named it, it should not behave this way!
