Make WowUp compatible with Nvda (Screen Reader Program)

User ke7zum contact via discord in Suggestion channel about having issues with putting addons on ignore. They have visual impairments that require them to use screen reader to help them navigate. When they try to put an addon on ignore in the mini menu it does not stay selected in the checkbox. Ke7zum would like for WowUp to work with the screen reader software. It is able to navigate around WowUp, but seems to have problems with the checkboxes.

Be able to use their screen reader with WowUp.
