I will list here GUI related bugs und suggestions, these might be MATLAB/Windows related.
Burned in/ white buttons (see image) still happen quite often. It can occur when I rescale a window e.g. the RoiManager app, (the buttons are blinking with high frequency for about 2 sec) or when I hover the mouse above the top part of the Imviewer window to make the tools visible. Sometimes the blinking remains for long time, or stops when the buttons are white.
In RoiManager ROIs outline can move probably by sticking to the mouse(?) then I think it can not be clicked and selected at the apparent location, also the neuropil remains in place. Similar issue, sometimes deleted ROIs remain visible although they can not be clicked anymore. Reloading the app or maybe only the ROIs fixes these issues.

This is something that seems to happen on some Windows machines. I am out of ideas how to fix it, but maybe some kind of refresh/reset button or option could be useful.
This one is tricky to debug unless there are some associated error messages. Is this something that happens often? Also would you know how to reproduce it? I.e does it tend to happen if a lot of fast clicking is going on?
