JSXGRAPH #3

LGPL could be a bit hairy, no? We don't want to be forced to release the rest of the libs under the same license. |
As a general process note, it would be really helpful to have links to a homepage and/or documentation incorporated into any library-related issues. As Dylan points out, licenses are really helpful as well—MIT, BSD, WTFPL, and other free licenses are going to be much easier to sort out than mutations of the GPL virus. |
What RJ said. Can't use GPL. |
Actually, I think I was wrong here. Further reading suggests LGPL is safe, as the premise of the license is that one can integrate and distribute copies of LGPL code as long as it's possible for the user to swap out said copies for different versions (clearly true here) and we release source code for any modifications to the library itself (hopefully there won't be any). |
@rjz can you plz close this one? Thanks! |
requires jsxgraph.css and jsxgraphcore.js
Ian and Brooks have used this library extensively, and feel it would be useful for all math/science applications. VERY EASY to use.
This library is essentially a graphing calculator with built in geometry capability for developers - very intuitive.
