i use godot 4.2.2 , import vrm model, the animation is not right, can't move

Thanks for the report.
Please provide a video showing the problem or the .vrm model if its license permits redistribution.

If there are any red errors in the console, please copy or share a screenshot of them.

Can you make sure that your meshes are skinned? Like each vertex is associated with a skeleton.
