iOS 18.2 Telegram app freezing randomly

Describe the issue that you are experiencing
When browsing message threads, telegram app will randomly soft freeze on its own. I havent been able to deduce exactly what causes this behavior yet but i have heard reports from other friends who are having the exact same issue that we are dubbing "the scrolling bug". If you are scrolling up or back in a message thread, and someone sends a message while your scrolling up, sometimes (but not 100% of the time, but more often than not), the entire telegram app freezes and continuing scrolling up or down, or using any type of gesture based navigation no longer works. You can long press and hold and react to messages where your app has frozen on, and interact with some tappable UI elements, but ultimately to fix you have to force close out the telegram app and re open it.

Expected Behavior

Tell us what should happen
It shouldnt freeze and scrolling should be seamless and uninterrupted.

Actual Behavior

Tell us what happens instead
see main description. App will sporadically/randomly freeze to the point where it has to be force killed

Steps to Reproduce

1. Scroll up in a message thread a good bit
2. have someone send a message in the thread you are scrolling in
3. see if scrolling/app UI freezes or stops responding

Device: iphone 15 pro max

iOS version: 18.2

App version: 11.6
