How to work with addons.yaml and git module?

Hello,

In my project, I'm using Git modules for my addons, which are located in a repository with nested directories. The structure is as follows:

main-repo:
    module1-in-main
    submodule-dir:
        repo-name:
            module1
            module2

I've tried several ways of selecting the module in addons.yaml like:

main-repo: ["submodule-dir/repo-name/*"]

or

main-repo/submodule-dir/repo-name: ["*"]

but the following error is rised:

odoo.modules.loading: Some modules are not loaded, some dependencies or manifest may be missing:

How to configure correctly the addons?

I have figured out.

addons.yaml

main-repo: ["module1-in-main"]
main-repo/submodule-dir/repo-name: ["*"]

The error still is logged on the terminal but it seams that is from another db which is also on this instance.
