[Bug]: unable to enchantment hunter/werewolves armor and weapon, also armor won't decrease durability even takes damage.

What happened?

when I tried enchant hunter coat, no matter what I used, enchanting table, anvil, I can't give enchant like protection or sharpness on my equipment, then I found out werewolves mod's silver armor/weapon, pelt armor also can't be enchanted, It's strange that only vampire's cloth and weapons is the only thing can get enchantment like others equipment in minecraft. another weird thing is even though I took a lot of damage while I using silver armor, it was like brand new, it still had full durability.

Reproduce steps

1. try to use the enchanting table to enchant the hunter's coat
2. hunter's coat cannot be enchanted
3. try again on the anvil
4. hunter's coat cannot be enchanted again
5. try other things, such as hunting axes, crossbows, wooden stakes, pitchforks, etc.
6. still can’t enchant on them
