LipidLynx converter not working (job 6f4d841da0738c3eb354b13d589f90870e21a0f6)

I have used Lipid Lynx a few times and successfully converted my lipid lists into BioPan format.
Last week, I tried converting lipids several times and even left running over the weekend and never got a result.
These are very short lists, maybe 30 lipids long. They usually get converted in 2 mins.
Has anybody had the same issue?
I'm using the website version:
LipidLynxX version: 0.9.62
API version: 1.0

Hi!

Can you send your list to me so I can have a look.
Thank you!

Ni

Hi Ni!
Sure, I would love that. Here's a combined list of all the IDs I need for BioPan.
I don't mind losing the molecular species if I can get the correct nomenclature.
Thank you so so much for your help!!

Hi!
I've fixed most of the list.
Just need one confirmation from you for the FAHFA 40:3;2O
Is that FAHFA has one additional O in the structure which is different from the -O- link which connects the two FA?
a possible one like this
https://lipidmaps.org/databases/lmsd/LMFA07010692

or You have the -O- on the second position of one FA chain?
However I can't find in the database... common positions are 5,7,9,...
FAHFA in LMSD: https://lipidmaps.org/quick_search?q=FAHFA

And The PEtOH will be converted into PEth according to LIPID MAPS database like this one:

https://lipidmaps.org/databases/lmsd/LMGP23010001

Is this fine for you? Please have a look from my development computer.

Hi Ni,
Thank you so much!
The FAHFA would be the first option I think
(https://lipidmaps.org/databases/lmsd/LMFA07010692)
Yes, PEth is fine for us.

Thanks!

Nice!
So I think I've fixed most of the things and after other name conversion checks I will update the code.
The release on LIPID MAPS website will take some additional time.
I will let you know when the fix is online.

If you need the file early, you can send an email to me, I will send the result to you back on Friday (I'm out for a meeting and will work on my dev computer again on Friday).
