Holopads cannot be examined.

Description

Holopads cannot be examined, especially when mapping, when you need to access variables to even change the name of the holopad.

Holopads can still be added or removed like normal, but cannot be examined.

Reproduction

1. Right click on a holopad.
2. See if you can do an examine verb on the holopad or not.

Expected behavior

1. The button for the holopad after right-clicking will not show up.
2. If the holopad is stacked on top of other objects, only the other objects will be examineable, but not the holopad.
