Security, Medical, and Diagnostic night vision goggles aren't red, blue, and kinda orange-ish respectively

Description

Security, medical, and diagnostic night vision goggles lack red, blue, and orange(?) colors upon enabling night vision when wearing them, they turn green instead. I quite like the idea of red night vision, and blue could be used for cool overlays when making a robotic entity or such.
